We are active in photography for the past 40 years. We are nature lovers and up to two months per year is spent in the wild unspoiled regions of Southern Africa.
Our main passion is audio visual sequences where images and sound are combined to create an atmosphere, or tell a story or evoke a feeling. Gert is a former professor in Physical Chemistry and for the past ten years runs a School of Photography (See Courses in photography) and takes on Photographic assignments like weddings, family photos , portraits est.
Marieta is a former Educational Officer and Biological Scientist. She is also an artist where the main passions are water painting, stained glass work and digital art. Since we started with photography we were involved in the organization of and education in photography.
